Alexey began his journey in the late 1990s when his passion for graffiti was first ignited as a teenager. He then continued to develop his enthusiasm by experimenting with posters and stencils in the early 2000s. For ten years, he focused on graphic design and illustration, and was put on the map thanks to his numerous projects for musicians from Russia and abroad. In recent years, Alexey has been reinterpreting his career as an artist, combining his street background and accumulated design experience. He alternates between studio work, urban graphics and collaborating with brands.
The main theme of Alexey’s research involves creating visual language utilizing careless figurative graphics, collage methodology, font forms and long-term immersion in popular culture.
